Usage
Tea and infusions – pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the herb, steep for 15–20 minutes, strain, and drink 2–3 times a day.
Decoction – pour 500 ml of water over 2 tablespoons, boil for 5 minutes, steep for 30 minutes, strain. Consume 50–100 ml 2–3 times a day.
Tincture – pour 500 ml of alcohol (40%) over 50 g of the herb, let it infuse for 2 weeks in a dark place, shaking occasionally. Take 15–20 drops 2–3 times a day diluted in water.
