Ingredients lemongrass, Georgian black tea, hibiscus, apple, orange peel, rose hips, lemon balm, dark and light raisins, linden blossom, lemon myrtle, apricot pieces and powder, lemon verbena, freeze-dried orange and apricot

Preparation
Hot tea – 1.5 tablespoons per 200 ml of boiling water (100 °C), steep for 5–6 minutes, then strain
Iced tea – prepare as above, cool, and optionally add ice, mint, lemon, berries, herbs or dried fruits
