1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

The received product does not match the order (packaging error).
The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
The expiration date has passed (if indicated).

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items

According to the law, food products, including herbs, spices, and dried plant materials, are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons unrelated to their quality.
3. Return Procedure

Contact us via email, providing your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the product.
We will review your request within 1–3 business days.
If the return is approved, you will be offered an exchange for a similar product or a refund.

4. Refund Policy

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your account within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
