Südamerohutinktuur is an organic motherwort tincture, carefully crafted in Estonia from selected Leonurus cardiaca herb using a traditional method. The herb is extracted in 70% ethanol in a 1:5 ratio to preserve the plant’s active compounds.

This natural calming food supplement gently supports the nervous system, helps manage daily stress, emotional tension, and promotes relaxation and balance in today’s fast-paced life.

Recommended use: adults take 40–50 drops diluted in a tablespoon of water, 3–4 times daily 20–30 minutes before meals. Not recommended for young children due to bitter taste. For older children, reduce dosage according to age.
